Quintessa Marketing & Women in Business
In 2016, I was the COO of a law firm, but I struggled to advance in my career. As a single mother without a college degree, I hit a glass ceiling, and I decided to make a move to control my destiny.
I saw an opportunity in legal marketing to deliver real value and transparency to PI attorneys and started Quintessa Marketing. Since taking that leap of faith, I have grown Quintessa into a multi-million dollar company and redefined how personal injury law firms secure plaintiffs through retainers, not leads.
Having experienced financial difficulties firsthand, I am passionate about supporting female business owners and entrepreneurs. I decided to help them navigate obstacles and thrive in their endeavors through knowledge, education, and sheer perseverance. I believe in fostering a culture of empowerment, enabling others to seize new opportunities and enhance their business expertise.
Give Fifty & Corporate Donations
As Quintessa grew in success, Lauren felt moved to give back to the community by supporting causes close to her faith and values. Since 2020, 50% of Quintessa’s profits have been donated to charity.
Lauren saw how this generosity served her community — and in turn, grew her business. She created the Give Fifty Pledge with a belief that Corporate Social Responsibility can do more, be more, and provide more success.
Businesses that take the Give Fifty Pledge promise to donate 50% of their profits for a day, a week, a month, or even longer to charity. Turning profits into purpose and building businesses has never been so easy.
